A massive thank you to Enakshi (I'm so sorry if I spelt your lovely name wrong).nnShe was so incredibly sweet and patient and helpful as I took my time looking for a perfect gift for my sis-in-law. She went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and made what would've been a daunting decision so pleasant. She even threw in complimentary gift wrapping!nnBoth her and her colleague were very understanding and even offered to help replace one of my old, worn out bracelets.nAlso, the shop is very well-organised and everything just glistens. For someone who's not usually big on jewellery, I'll definitely be paying regular visits!

Ridiculous waiting as they're limiting the shop traffic due to less staff. Best to go Michael Hills or Pandora if that's an option. Adding to this, poor customer service from the staff member who served, didn't even have the courtesy to do proper gift wrapping, had to ask for the matching gift bag and the ribbon. What nonsense if they can't treat the customers equally. The customer service I experienced today is a disgrace to the reputed brand.
