Visited this store on 22nd Jan with my husband. We finalized Swarovski watch as my bday gift, which is on 24th January i.e Saturday. We were assisted by Asha - who was very humble and polite.nBut when I tried the watch, strap was loose and we requested them to adjust it. They told that we have to purchase first and then only then can adjust the strap. So, we purchased it and after trying the new one, which was loose, asked them to adjust the strap.nTheir senior person was supposed to fix that but the senior assistant completely refused to fix it saying they have rush at store. We requested 3-4 time as it was just a task of 5-10 minutes for them ,and had to wear it on my bday but that girl straightaway refused to do it.nSo disappointing. Poor customer service.nWonu2019t be visiting this store again.

I visited this store twice, hoping to purchase a tennis bracelet and necklace set that I was genuinely excited about. Unfortunately, both visits left a very unpleasant impression. The older gentleman working there was extremely pushy, cold in his manner, and made me feel uncomfortable rather than valued as a potential customer.nItu2019s disappointing to see such behavior, especially when other staff members appeared polite and professional. Regardless of how upscale a store may look, true quality is reflected in customer service and in this case, the experience fell far short. Because of this, I chose not to make a purchase and will not be returning.
