I want to give a big thank you to Tom at Swarovski for the amazing support.nI placed an online order and needed help with the tax return process, and Tom handled everything for me so smoothly. He explained everything clearly and was very kind and professional.nThis kind of service really makes a difference. Great experience u2013 highly recommend!

The store manager was obsessed with repeating the online order process rather than finding a solution where she could easily look up the order number or customer name to locate the order. She also said that she has finished her shift so what? Should I whine to her that I skipped my dinner to visit the store? She probably forgets what is customer service... Until I ask for her name to follow up with the online team then she's finally being helpful but with a sullen face...

DO NOT BOTHER HERE.nHorrible Service. Actually Iu2019m not sure I can even use the word service. From the moment I walked in, there were THREE staff members with their heads down. Two other people browsing in store independently. I knew what I wanted to purchase so thought this will be a nice, easy sale and special experience.nnI walked in, and despite three free staff members available, I had to walk up to two of them and actually ASK TO BE SERVED. Not only that, but once I kindy asked, two of them actually just stood there looking at each other for a while and gestured with mutual hesitation to each other as to who wanted to serve me. What a start.nnI knew what I wanted, the annual ornament, as Iu2019m starting to collect for my daughter and therefore wanting (and expecting) a lovely experience to purchase such a premium product. After telling the staff member what Iu2019m wishing to purchase, she didnu2019t do anything to then assist in the purchase, she continued to turn her back on me. I was then about to make the purchase and took one look back at the three staff members (including manager) who couldnu2019t be more disinterested in offering service, yet alone an easy sale, and decided I was that offended that I had to instead leave without purchase.nnI kindly let them know to forget about it, Iu2019m so disappointed in the experience Iu2019ve just had, I was hoping and expecting a lovely experience for this sentimental and special gift, and instead itu2019s been the opposite experience. They all genuinely made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by wanting to simply buy something.nnIu2019ll never enter this store again. I REALLY hope that management see this message and please do something to ensure the staff are reminded of where they are working and ensuring they are delivering the expected customer service. Honestly I receive better service at McDonalds.nnPs. The Collinu2019s Street store was visited just before walking in here, and the experience was night and day. Beautiful, special and premium experience. This store needs to be re-trained or even better, completely restaffed by those who work at Collinu2019s St.
