I accidentally snapped my bracelet and spoke to a lovely lady named Saff on the phone. I was almost on the brink of tears and she advised that she would replace it free of charge due to the warranty. She was so kind and understanding and I really appreciate her service. Thank you once again Saff, you are the best!!

My mum and I had a disappointing experience at the store today. The staff seemed completely uninterested in assisting us, making us feel unwelcome and their lack of enthusiasm was discouraging. I wanted to try on a few pairs of earrings, but the staff member seemed annoyed by my request. Even though I was interested in some pieces, we left empty-handed due to the poor service.
