I bought a gold chain from this gift shop a few months ago. The chain broke, so I returned it for repair. After picking it up and signing the receipt, I wore it, and within a month it changed color. When I went back, they insisted the chain had been switched and didnu2019t accept any responsibility. I trusted them and I just signed the receipt, but the chain I received after the repair was not real gold, and the way they spoke to me was quite disappointing. I just want to share my experience.
