I paid $350, thinking Iu2019d bought a beautiful watch at a fair price.nnThe following day, I visited another Angus & Coote branch to have the strap adjusted and was shocked to find the exact same watch u2014 identical series and model u2014 priced at only $250 on clearance. The store manager at that branch even stated that prices across all branches should be consistent. Yet the Emporium store displayed it at the full u201coriginalu201d price and presented the $75 reduction as a special offer.nnThis kind of inconsistency is unacceptable. Prices for the same product should be consistent and transparent across all branches. To make matters worse, even the warranty terms differed between the two stores u2014 highly unprofessional for a national chain. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning how customers can place their trust in this company.
