Iu2019m extremely disappointed with the service I received today from Annette at the Watergardens store. From the moment I approached the counter, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. Before I even asked for a larger box, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for being there.nnIu2019m a regular customer at this store, and Iu2019ve never had an issue requesting a larger box or bag for a chain purchase. When I politely asked Annette, she abruptly refused without any valid explanation. Her tone was argumentative and disrespectful, and I walked out feeling dismissed and disrespected.nnTo make sure I hadnu2019t misunderstood, I returned with my partner and spoke to a younger staff member. The contrast in service was immediate she was polite, respectful, and happy to help. She said u201cyes, of course,u201d and went to get a larger bag.nnBut then Annette ran over to her, out of spite to intervene, and told her not to give it to me. The way she rushed to intervene felt targeted, petty, and completely unprofessional. It was very clear that her behaviour wasnu2019t about store policy u2014 it felt personal and intentionally obstructive.nnThis kind of conduct is unacceptable for someone representing a brand. No customer should be treated with disrespect or hostility, especially over something so simple. Annetteu2019s behaviour from start to finish left me feeling devalued and uncomfortable, and it has genuinely made me reconsider shopping at this location.nnI sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because loyal customers shouldnu2019t have to experience such unprofessional and spiteful treatment.

Just brought Seiko 5 GMT (SSK003) watch from this store. Price was good. Service was good. The staff member who served me had two goes at taking some links out (1 link at a time) to get the right fit. No Issues.
