My two girls got their seconds pierced at the new Lovisa Chermside on level 1. I was sceptical about piercings at Lovisa. But no need - Dylan was awesome! So friendly and organised. Both piercings done in less than 5 minutes. Plus they got a super cute waterproof Beaty bag with their antiseptic spray and aftercare leaflet. Def be back!

I went into the Lovisa store this afternoon(ground level)very disappointing in the service or rather lack of.Three female staff in store two on the floor one on the counter no acknowledging me as I walked in store all three staff ignored me.I was walking up and down looking at the ear stack jewellery.The girl on the counter was just staring out into space and the two girls on the floor were talking to each other.So rude!!!!! So I took my business else where and spent my money NOT at your store ud83dude21
