I went to this store and was guided through the selection process by a wonderful lady named Chelsea who walked me through the jewellery selection process and was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made the process so comfortable and easy!

Was given a bracelet with a charm gift for my birthday, even though Iu2019m not a fan of Pandora jewellery.nAnyway two trips to finally exchange the bracelet for something I was happy with.nThank you Tara for your patience and knowledge on your jewellery.nThey really need to change those bulky clasps that Iu2019m sure no one can operate without help ud83dude02

Hey i went to ur store today and the staff where quite rude, i was shushed when i asked someone a question, and no one came to help me, i tried to speak to several people but all of them where busy, and then when they where finished they proceeded to go to other people who hadnt been waiting for as long as me. When i finally spoke to someone abt the ring i was after, they told me they didnt have it without even checking. I went to another person (who was very lovely) abt the ring and she helped me and showed me where it was and how it was actually in stock. I understand how i am younger and you guys may not think i am actually buying anything however that doesnt mean i shouldnt be served or given any attention at all. No one greeted me, and several staff where rude (apart from the last lady) i love my purchase that I bought today, and i hope ur staff can be better in future xx
