My best friend and I recently visited Pandora Strathpine and could not have been more impressed with the service we received from the wonderful Shannon. She was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, she was very warm, approachable, and despite how busy it was given right before Mother's Day, she genuinely seemed to love her job and was more than happy to help.

I came in with concerns of my silver chain that I purchased as silver, and raised a genuine concern after it has now turned gold. Instead of being spoken to respectfully, Tracey raised her voice and aggressively told me that everything is solid silver, dismissing my concern entirely.nnThere was no professionalism, no willingness to listen, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Being spoken to like that is bad enough, but it was especially inappropriate given that I had my child with me.nnThis experience was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable for a brand like Pandora. Customer service like this is not okay, and I expect much better. Do better.

I have been to this store a number of times to buy for myself and others. I have always had amazing service and the young girl who has helped me has taken time to make sure that I got the perfect product every time.
