Went into the store with my daughter who wanted to buy 4 charms. After waiting about 15 minutes got asked to move so the sales lady could show the latest charms to a couple. After another 15 minutes and the other couple left without buying anything the sales assistant basically said I canu2019t help you and went to talk to a lady her coworker was already looking after. Your loss lady! My daughter ordered her items online and you donu2019t get the sale. For a high end store your service is pathetic

I walked in here with my children and explained to the staff that my son was choosing a gift for someone special.nThere were helpful and polite and were really just lovely to deal with a great experience and my 8 year old son managed to find the perfect gift and they presented it beautifully in a box. Great products great customer service very happy.
