Walked in today to make a purchase. One assistant helping a customer, two others having a loud personal conversation behind a counter. Not one acknowledgment. It was only as we were walking out did they yell out u201c can we help you?u201d Not one ounce of customer service and an extremely outdated service greeting. No purchase made today and went straight to Indooroopilly. Girls youu2019re there to do a job!

Disappointing experience. Incompetent customer service workers unable to multi task. No one greeting, no attempt to assist, only interaction was a rude worker hurriedly putting away the tray we were viewing & ignored after that. Browsed for a while, the range is fairly basic & displays were a mess. Better off visiting another store with better service, bigger range & less arrogant staff!

If you want even a crumb of assistance, don't even bother going to this store and take the extra few minutes and go to Garden City. I came here to ask for a ring exchange after accidentally purchasing the incorrect size on a cruise ship. Charlotte pretty much advised me to book another cruise as because it was from a multi-jeweler that it had to go back to the store it was purchased from (Even though the store itself on the ship was labeled as a Pandora store) or email customer support for an exception to that rule. Since they had the same ring i wanted in the correct size, I purchased the ring only to get a gemstone missing after 2 days. Customer 'support' is as supportive as a bendy ruler, as it takes 4 days and a threat to the ACCC to even respond to you. Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity.
