The jewellery is beautiful, but the customer needs improvement. I felt so awkward when trying to select a bracelet. I was offered no styling suggestions or feedback about what suited me. The service felt very transactional, and the shop assistant was very passive and didn't seem to have much knowledge about the pieces, the range, or how to style. It's such a shame. The store could really do much better business if customers were made to feel welcome.

Came in to get a warranty claim on a product Iu2019ve had less than six months, which was a bracelet that fell off my wrist whilst wearing. I was denied an exchange as itu2019s not a u201cmanufacturer erroru201d. What an absolute joke, for a product I paid $200 for I would expect it to last longer than 6 months, or at least be provided with an exchange. The customer service lady with so much Botox in her face that she can barely make an expression, was beyond rude and spoke down to me, worst customer service Iu2019ve ever received.
