Derrick Hodgson 1 ★ 2025-12-21Bought a brand new G-Shock for my grandson for Xmas. Our celebration was today. He opened the box and the battery was totally flat. What a damned disappointment!! These batteries should last years. As I live in NZ I will have to pay for a new battery to be fitted. I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing this watch.nWed 17th Dec: Update from changing battery, which cost $39, the watch went flat again within 2 days. As my wife will be there in April she will be bringing it back for our money back.

The manager, in particular, was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to clarify the pricing. It felt like customer service was not a priority at all. I wonu2019t be returning and would not recommend this store to others.She also insisted that why I am arguing over $4 and kept being rude with me.

That your customer service was on point, you were super helpful and very patient when I was trying to figure out what I was gifting. After purchasing a necklace, I left to go to pandora where I was given 0-none customer service, they werenu2019t helpful and lacked communication skills.nAlso had little to no stock.nnThankfully for prouds I came back and purchased a beautiful locket that went beautifully with the necklace.nnSo cheers to you for the excellent customer service!
