Natalie Bean 5 ★ 2022-09-17I didn't catch her name but the younger lady of the two serving at the counter was very helpful and lovely, I brought in my sons pokemon pendant and asked her for a black necklace to attach it to for his birthday even though I was only spending $20 she took the time with me and opened the claw and reattached it to the necklace then put it in a box to make it look really special. I was super impressed with her customer service even though I was only spending a small amount.

Joe Joe 1 ★ 2026-03-06I been to Loganholme many times but 1st time went to Beenleigh and I like something and asked to buy but when I went to pay the price was not the same and , and lady said take it for this price or choose another she cant honour the price, I have already taken a photo of the item and price and send it to someone but I didn't had time to go to Loganholme I had to buy it, really pissed about it
