Sun Rose 1 ★ 2026-05-03I wouldnu2019t recommend customers go to Prouds jewellery in Sunnybank Hills. Except for one lady with glasses rest of the staff are extremely rude and nasty. They speak rudely, no smile or friendly talk. Prouds should look at training their staff on customer service and how to treat customers from different cultures in a more respectful manner. The way they treated me I wouldnu2019t even treat my housemaid like that. Poor customer service.

Customer service should always be polite and professional, but unfortunately that was not the case. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the behavior of their staff in the future.
