Baden Sloan 5 ★ 2026-03-04I walked in with a Seiko watch that 2 other business had tried and failed to resize, damaging the band in the process. The lovely ladies at Prouds inspected and repaired the watch free of charge even after I offered to purchase a new band. Excellent customer service, above and beyond. Will be shopping here in future even though they are not local to me.

Kelly Ross 5 ★ 2019-03-11I would like to thank Amanda & Kristy for going over and above to get my very very badly damaged jewellery fixed/replaced.nThey understood how sentimental the jewellery was to me and stopped at nothing to have them repaired/replaced. This is just 1 of the damaged pieces that was repaired. I would highly recommend this store (Prouds Jeweller, 20 Wembley Rd, Logan Central QLD 4114) to anyone. Thank you ladies xo.
