I had such a fun and amazing experience here. Sam served me and she went above and beyond to help find the perfect ring. She was patient, friendly and gave me her fullest attention, help and care. She had some amazing ideas to help with the choosing of what was best. Her knowledge of all the products was so expansive right down to the smallest details. The ring that was chosen was so beautiful and perfect. It looks as lovely out of the shop away from all the lights as it did in the shop. This store also has some wonderful sale prices making jewellery for those very special occasions more affordable for everyone. What made the whole experience more special was the fun we had. Sam was so much fun and it felt like she was excited about the experience as we were. We left the shop feeling amazing and with an amazing purchase. I needed a sentimental watch repaired and I was quoted a price 1/5 of another business.nnThe person I spoke to was lovely to deal with and gave me great advice. The watchmaker did a wonderful job on my watch ( replace glass, adjust watch speed, clean and polish).nnHe did not try to up sell me for services I didnu2019t need.nnAll in All a wonderful experience at Prouds the Jewellers, Capalaba Central.
