I bought 3 bracelets from this store, all three broke less than 3 months later, no misuse or impact, they just fell on the floor and always with the same problem (photo attached). The last time the bracelet broke TWO WEEKS later, unfortunately I couldn't find the receipt and we paid for it in cash (my mistake, I know) but I knew exactly the day and time of the purchase, we went back to the store with the broken bracelet, I explained to the saleswoman and also said that I had made another purchase on the same day and paid with the card, strangely she was able to find the receipt for the other purchase in the system but couldn't find the one for my bracelet (the two purchases had been made less than 30 minutes apart), so she said she couldn't do anything about it, THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I feel sorry for them because it was one of my favorite stores and I always bought jewelry there, now I never go back and to everyone who asks me about my jewelry I tell this story and also about a fourth bracelet (from another brand) that they fixed, charged for it and two days later it also broke on its own. The quality is as bad as the service, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I took my watch for repair as it was still under warranty, they contacted me after 3weeks saying it cannot be repaired and offered me to buy one more watch of same brand with 50%discount. I went back today to get my old watch asked for the discount offer and they said the offer is already expired. I had to take my watch back as they mentioned that it cannot be repaired at all. I took it to the repair shop in the corner at Wynnum plaza and all they did was changed the battery and it started working. It cost me just $24 and it perfectly works now. This leaves me to wonder what kind of staffs they have at the back who could not even figure out what was wrong with the watch. I donu2019t know if they have even looked at my watch and just simply said it was beyond repairable. Not happy with the services at all.
