The staff at Browns Plains Michael Hill were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and provided a high standard of customer service when I visited last Sunday. I came in to have my necklace sent away to be fixed as it was very very knotted - I had previously gone to a different Michael Hill store, who told me that it needed to be sent away and it would have costed me money to do so. For that I was happy to pay, but Cindy was really kind and told me she wanted to give it a go first. She went above and beyond to untangle the mess for me, and she was able to do it that day which I was so grateful for and saved me having to pay extra to have it sent away. I also came in to buy my partner a Seiko watch for a milestone birthday, and Taylor was super helpful with giving me recommendations as the one I originally wanted was not in stock. I appreciated his service and I was able to make a purchase I was very happy with, and Iu2019m very excited to see what my partner thinks. Iu2019ve never really shopped at Michael Hill before, but the lovely staff at Browns Plains have fully converted me, and Iu2019ll be relying on them as my go to for any kind of jewellery needs now.
