I had a very disappointing experience at this store and I feel itu2019s important to share it to prevent others from going through the same.nnI purchased a watch that was on sale. After completing the payment, the staff handed me what turned out to be the demo model something I never expected. I assumed they had new stock in proper packaging, but instead, the watch came in a flimsy makeshift box with no proper model packaging at all.nnI immediately asked for a refund as I hadnu2019t even received the product yet, but the staff refused, citing company policy. The situation escalated, and I told them I would accept the item quietly if they could provide a proper box and a second (unused) piece.nnThe staff claimed there was a second watch in stock and went to the back to retrieve it. However, something felt off. I asked where the original demo model had gone and requested to see both watches. The staff hesitated, gave unclear answers, and eventually admitted that the u201csecondu201d item they had just handed me was in fact the same demo model u2014 they had simply wiped the dust and removed the barcode.nnThis kind of dishonest behavior is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, it makes me seriously question the handling and authenticity of all the jewelry and luxury goods they sell. If I had previously purchased expensive items here, I would now have serious doubts.nnOnce I confronted them with the truth, the staff agreed to process a refund.nnPlease be cautious if you are considering buying from this store.

I have bought two silver dog tags with matching chains. They were good quality but also discounted. I also bought silver basket earrings for my wife, which were also of excellent quality. The staff at Earlville Prouds are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Today my husband and l went into Prouds Earlville Branch in Cairns. Far North Qld. I would like to Congratulate you on the Wonderful caring Staff. We were serve by a delightful lady named JUNE. We are in are in our mid 70's. and June was a Wonderful help and Certainly an asset to your Establishment . Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Prouds for such Professional Staff.
