Indi Blue 1 ★ 2024-12-26I had a very disappointing experience at Proud Jewellers in Smithfield Shopping Centre. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and made me feel unwelcome. Additionally, the staff member who served us had a messy appearance, which further added to the unprofessional atmosphere. due to the poor service,I took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. This happens every time I have gone there in the past.

Kirsty Klein 5 ★ 2022-07-25So friendly staff. The store manager was so lovely and helpful. After a bad experience at Cairns central and not getting the right size wedding band for my husband or even trying to assist, Smithfield and warehouse were able get a replacement ring for my husband.

Ken Dean 1 ★ 2022-01-19Just picked up a ring for my partner. When we ordered it the young Asian girl who served us was magnificent. However today the older lady was extremely rude. I came down to pick up the ring because I received a phone call from the store. No customer service at all. I will not go back.
