Goldmark | Green Hills

Waited for 30 minutes and no one served me. There were 3 workers on, and I was waiting with about 6 other people. Others around me were all served, which is fine, but then they all left. Then a mum and kid comes in and they serve them before even speaking to me. I was standing and waiting for another 10 minutes and had to leave. I spoke to a lady there and just informed her how long it had been, she said u201cI understand but thereu2019s only 3 of us and weu2019re very busyu201d. I let her know that I totally understand the rush of people, as I had watched the rush for over half an hour. However, I have watched them serve others that have just walked in instead of me. She said she was aware of this but what can you do.nnDonu2019t recommend this store, shop online or go to kotara and Charlestown.

Went in this morning, no greeting, no help. I had to ask the snotty little girl for assistance, then it was just attitude from there on. If I didn't really want the piece's of jewellery they had I would have just walked out. 0 stars for customer service, 1 for pricing. Do better Goldmark this was really por service.

I went on Melbourne cup day and the lovely lady Sharon was so helpful with my ring sizing and made me feel comfortable will be back! Thanks Sharon ud83dude01
