Pastel bunnycat 1 ★ 2024-03-24All my jewellery from Lovisa tarnishes and fades no matter what I do. Such cheap quality. I've had stuff from shein last longer. I even shopped in the gold plated waterproof section for this necklace as I told the staff my concerns and they said THIS WOULDN'T, and it still turned grey. Never showered in it, literally only wore it during the day when I went out. I paid almost $40 for this necklace. Never shopping here again, it's literally just a waste of money, honestly almost a scam.nn*Both items I bought at the same time. Left never worn. Right I wore each day to work this past week and I'm literally just a cashier.

Didnu2019t get off her phone at all to see if I needed help. There was a lady that walked in after me and she didnu2019t assist them either. The worker kept watching videos on her phone

Steph Poole 5 ★ 2024-09-08Got my ears pierced here like the top and side of my ear as it's 2 piercings for $40 like half the price of everywhere else and U can pick anywhere on Ur ears. My daughter also got her ears pierced here and she didn't think it hurt at all . Amazing service and gorgeous jewellery
