Took my 4 year old to get ears pierced today, staff were lovely & so gentle with her. From start to finish was made to feel like she mattered they made sure she was happy & did in fact want ears done. The piercing process was fast to.

Quality of products are poor. A pair of mid range priced earrings I purchased completely snapped. I bought them back to the store only to be told there is no warranty outside of 30 days post purchase. Disappointed.
