Today, we had an exceptional customer service experience with the lovely ladies at the Erina branch of Angus & Coote. Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I.nOne ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized.nI was suffering from severe decision paralysis and was overwhelmed with what would complement my engagement ring. They were all very patient with me and offered great advice clearly based on extensive experience. I ended up getting a ring that I hadnu2019t even considered but which worked perfectly with my unique engagement ring.nBoth my partner and I left feeling really well looked after and impressed with a level a customer service that you rarely find these days. I've walked into the store looking to get help to purchase jewellery and both time been treated as if I'm not a serious buyer and make me feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. Prices aren't so bad though

Worst company . They hide behind their policies . I bought a watch it stopped working after 6 weeks and they pass the buck to their suppliers and they make it the customers problem . Donu2019t buy from Angus and Coote .
