My daughter (25, not that it should.matter) had seen a ring.online that she wanted to try on. This store had the stock in the window so she went inside to be served. While waiting she walked around the whole store and one team member was attending to one customer already. 2 sales team members on the Sales floor and neither one could be bothered even with a simple hello. Acknowledgement should be basic customer service 101. A simple greeting is not too much to ask.nThe customer should not have to seek out sales staff, they should be willingly approaching all customers in store.nResult- no service =no sale.nSurely with the retail sector being well down in sales, the team would jump at the chance to secure a sale. Not so here.

Had an incredible interaction on Monday, all team were fantastic. Both myself and my mum got all our rings cleaned while we shopped. The lady who served us was amazing she was patient with me being a little indecisive. I ended up leaving with the perfect earrings and had a very pleasant experience. We will only be returning to this store. Thanks again ladies from Monday 03/06/2024.

I just purchased a product yesterday with amazing service. When Im return the next day one of the customers services has a really bad experience and attitude!!!nnone of the customers services tell me and let me to fix it and not a give solutions !!! Why?nnBut I really appreciate one of the managers helping to fix it quick and to give some solutions. Appreciate that.
