I would have given negative stars if allowed.nnI bought earring for daughter. The staff who sold it never told that she will have to take it every night. On first introduction we asked something for a daily permanent wear.nnIn just 6 weeks time the studs of the lock came off, luckily the earring was still on the floor and metal was in the piercing itself.nnHow can that such a strong metal part broke ? If she been wearing badly then how come just one of them broke ?nnSometimes people think that we are just stupid.nnIt was completely manufacturing fault, however the store employees and the manager Maggie were not willing to process for warranty repairs.nnThey wanted to charge me $110 for just a soldering a lock.nnI donu2019t mind to pay and fix as daughter like the earring design and want to wear it. But I will never buy from this store and this brand.nnVery unprofessional !
