Prouds the Jewellers | Geraldton

Discussed with the way my sister and I were treated in this store.nThe girl working behind the counter wasn't serving us but was rudely discriminating my widow sister in the way she was dressed and treated her like she couldn't afford anything in the store. Really dissapointed by the treatment of the blonde haired girl that looked down her nose at both of us being unhelpfull, and rudely laughing & talking about her while she was standing there waiting for her item she brought to be rang up on the till.nI decided not to purchase anything in the store due to the way this girl treated us .nDiscusted and will be taking my bussiness else were all because of this girl that wasn't just not serving us or helping us but rudely judging someone that she doesn't even realise what some people have gone threw in life weather someone has money or doesn't have money it's not her right to judge any customer let alone loose customers for her employer.nAnd making someone who already has lost her husband but now also has to live with the way she was treated differently to anyone else in the store

I am very very disappointed in prouds jewellers in northgate s/c Geraldton. bought a ring on the 15 April had to be made bigger and it is 14 May and I still waiting for it call still not there spoke to the other prouds at stirling mall and the staff said it takes only 2 weeks so what is going on here with the staff It is sad as I will never buy at prouds jewellers ever again . So if I do not get the ring they I am going higher for my full refund I think that is fair .

So this experience was disappointing and thats a shame now i bring my sister with me on both occasions. so I went in there 2 days ago dressed up to buy a necklace for my 12 year old daughter and also asked about the necklaces for myself got treated like a king no worries and walked out buying a $40 necklace.. then today I walked in dressed in old clothes looking like I was homeless i wanted to buy the necklace for myself and the lady was so rude making me sanitise my hands the necklace wouldn't fit me so I asked if I could get a longer one and the response was nup just flat out rude. So then my sister got served by the same lady and no sanitise and was treated nice my sister was shocked. So I stood there next to the watches for about 10 minutes there were plenty of people to serve they have one in there for $1125 and I wanted to buy it but the staff just turned there backs on me no hi do u need help just stood in the corner looking and talking to themselves. So thats fine i did my test of different reactions on how people are dressed and im sorry to say they failed as i was willing to spend over $1400 in there shop today but when u get treated like you are skum then there are plenty of other places to take my business morale of the story is dont judge a book by its cover you never know who they are i even took my sister with me both times as someone to witness to service in Geraldton.. what a shame
