I visited Pandora yesterday looking for advice regarding my bracelet and a possible way to make it slightly more comfortable to wear. Before I could fully explain my situation, one of the sales associates interrupted me and immediately dismissed what I was trying to say. I felt as though she had already decided on an answer without taking the time to understand my concern.nnWhat bothered me most was not the outcome, but the lack of courtesy and willingness to listen. I came into the store expecting professional and friendly customer service, but instead I felt rushed, spoken over, and made to feel uncomfortable for asking a simple question.nnGood customer service starts with listening, and unfortunately that did not happen during my visit. I understand that not every request has a solution, but every customer deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to explain their situation before being interrupted or dismissed.nnI have always liked Pandorau2019s products, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the experience for future customers.

She took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and helped us choose pieces that truly suited our style. Breanne and Karen was soo lovely in helping me with a exchange purchase yesterday and today. I went to World square in the city just recently and was sold the Bridgeton dance card charm. But to my surprise when I went got home, I notice a big scrap mark on the back of the charm. I was only shown the front of the charm when I have originally have bought the item, thought it would be fine. I then went back to the world square store to resolve the issue and the staffs told me that most stores dont do the exchange and did not help me. They told me that Hurstville store wont do the exchange for me, when it was originally on the back of the charm. The staff there tried to polish it but to no success. They told me also if I wanted to exchange i had to wait and would be more then the 30 days exchange and also told me they can override the 30 days if they have stock. Told me just to leave the details down and then they will get back to me about it as they didnt have stock of the charm as it was a display one left. When I called yesterday afternoon to this store as i wanted to ask if they could help me with the exchange of the product, Breanne picked up the call and was soo polite and understanding of the situation. She had left a note for the staff there for the next day for me to have a look at the item, if I can swap it. I went today and the lovely Karen helped me out, great service and very polite. I explained the situation and helped me exchange the item. I am soo thankful for these two staff members here as I was very upset in the first place that this could have happened. Now i can wear it without having it with a mark on the charm. Thank you soo much!
