Had the most exceptional experience at Pandora today, I stop in often to browse and the ladies are always warm, welcoming and helpful but this afternoon when I explained it would be my 5 year old daughter with me who was designing my custom engraved charm the staff (I really wish Iu2019d gotten her name) sat with my daughter cross legged on the floor of the shop and explained so kindly how to work the iPad to make the design. My daughter and I had a great time designing and watching the engraving happen and I have a beautiful keepsake. Thank you so much! ud83eude77
