Dealt with Mellisa today she was nice but kept forgetting what I was saying and wasnu2019t listening. I wanted a specific charm that was on display and she asked u201ccan I show you my favouriteu201d and to be nice I said u201csureu201d she goes around the store just to find her favourite to which I said was u201ccool, can we look at mineu201d which went on to talk about how she loves the one she picked which I just smiled and played along but the most uncomfortable part was when I told her the reason for the charm, which was because it reminded me of my passed dog, she went on about how she feels sorry which I said u201coh itu2019s fineu201d she then went on to say u201cno itu2019s fine!u201d I was a little blown away but didnu2019t bother me. She asked if I was gonna get another dog which I said no too and she got right up into my face and said u201cweu2019re dog people! You have to get another dogu201d which made me really uncomfortable so I backed away and left. Love pandora but maybe try getting staff that know what theyu2019re doing

Boh and Prapti were so much help. Very knowledgeable and very kind. I just went in for a bracelet cleaning and they told me about a charm that I had broken - they looked at my account for warranty and replaced it the same day. Definitely coming back!!! Thanks girls ! Xx
