I thought hard about putting this review but given it has happened twice to me i felt it was needed. This is my local store and the ladies there are amazing and helpful expect for one person. I feel the racism so hard when im dealing with this person. Whenever i approach her to help, she will make me feel unseen. I asked her to get my ring cleaned as i have a lifetime care plan, she asks if its been purchased from them and if its been checked to which i answer yes. She responds with 'was that a yes?'nShe takes the ring for a clean and comes back, i ask when can i send my ring for a rhodium plating service. She disregards my question and asks me to check my papers. One of the other girls overhears the conversation and steps in to help by checking my details and actually gives me the information i need.nMichael Hill needs to train their staff better and have people who actually want to work because staff do make a difference.

Such friendly and helpful customer service from the gentleman and lady who served us on a Thursday evening. My engagement ring and wedding band were due for their inspection and the gentleman who served us 1st was so friendly. Upon collection, we were served by a lady who was again, so friendly, as well as helpful in providing us with some information so as to get the most out of my ringsu2019 care plan ud83cudf1f
