I had a very positive experience today at the Michael Hill Knox store when I visited the store to return a watch that I had previously purchased.nnThe staff were extremely polite, kind, and professional, and they handled my request fully in line with company policies and true customer-focused service. The entire process was smooth and well-explained, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.nnI would especially like to mention a young female staff member who assisted me. She was exceptionally courteous, patient, and helpful, and she completed my request with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her attitude truly reflects the high standards of customer service that Michael Hill represents.nnOverall, this experience significantly reinforced my trust in Michael Hill as a brand. Excellent service like this makes a real difference, and I sincerely appreciate the support I received at the Knox store.

I have been to Michael hill a few times and bought a few pieces of jewelry. I found their customer service good when there are not many customers in the store. There follow up customer service is very good as I enquired about a ring to be made and they were able to get back to me with in 24 hrs. I would have to say though look at your jewelry and even take pictures before you hand your jewelry over for the check and clean as I had a ring checked and cleaned as per the warranty and when I got it back there was 2 teal diamonds missing. They sent it away to be fixed which took over a month ( which was another story) I got the ring back and it was damaged badly so they had to remake the whole ring which was another 2 months. I will say they were very apologetic and it was service they use not themselves that stuffed up.nThe other dig I have is their rings are all small sizes and if you like something you have to wait up to 6 weeks for any other size apart from tiny.
