However, instead of reviewing or adhering to the company policy, Jordan stated to me, u201cI donu2019t follow the online policy of Michael Hillu2019s shop,u201d and refused to process my refund. This was said in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, without any attempt to provide a clear explanation or solution.nnDue to this refusal, I visited the Michael Hill Knox store, where the staff treated me professionally and courteously and processed my refund without any issues, fully in line with company policy. This confirmed that my request was valid and compliant with Michael Hillu2019s official guidelines.nnAfterwards, when I returned to the Fountain Gate store and calmly asked why the companyu2019s policies were not being followed, Jordan responded in a highly inappropriate manner, asked me to leave the store, and stated that he did not wish to speak with me. Being asked to leave a store simply for questioning policy compliance is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected from a manager representing a reputable brand.nnThis experience was not only upsetting but has also significantly impacted my perception of the management at this location.
