We went to buy a watch today in this store, it was around closing time. When we entered the store, the staffs were making us feel rushed and when we asked to look for 2 watches to compare, 1 of the staffs questioned u201c are you looking to purchase?u201d We definitely did go there with the view to purchase and we ended up getting a watch from there too but we werenu2019t happy with the way the staff questioned us because they were rushing to close. We are very unhappy with our experience and the customer service is very poor in this store.

Went to get a ring resized after a custom order. I had never bought a ring before so I trusted the staff that the size was correct. When I received the ring it was too big for my finger and so I returned to the store to ask for a resizing and was told that because I had already signed for that size it was my fault. No prior ring experience and trusted the staff. Horrible customer service, the manager did not know how to handle customers, do not recommend this store.

I left my ring to get resized with this business for it to come back completely damaged. They have denied that it was their fault and told me that the ring looked like that before! The assistant manager was nice however when she contacted head office they said there was nothing they could do beside foot the bill for the resizing. I have never received such bad customer service ever and will never be returning to this business.
