07/02. 9.01amnWalked in with my partner, staff member was helping 2 ladies with a 21st gift. It took said staff member 6 minutes, (yes, I timed her) to acknowledge us. I asked if she could quickly help, as I knew what i wanted.nThen she advised she had to finish her engraving.nAll good, I really understand. I don't understand why she didnt say hello, within an appropriate time frame advising she will be 5 to 10 mins.nIm now on my way to Park more to give them my money.nPlease don't disrespect our time.

Shopping at fountain Gate at 4.23pm on Valentineu2019s Day to find this sign on the door!!! Very disappointing was looking for a special gift for my loved one! The centre closes at 5pm on a Saturday. Will not be shopping here again! What the!! Is this normal behaviour for a company to do this on Valentineu2019s Day????!!!
