Lena and the team were very helpful when I was buying an engagement ring for my fiance.nIt was a very pleasant experience talking to Lena to find out what my options were. My fiance's tastes are very specific and Lena knew exactly what I wanted and provided me with multiple options to choose from. This was the opposite experience when I went to the main jewellery stores like MHJ, Prouds and Shiels. Often those stores didn't know much about the different stone cuts and didn't have many options to choose from.nI was able to customise my fiance's ring at Secrets the way she wanted and it turned out beautiful.nnI didn't give much lead time for the order for the ring and it wasn't going to be finished by the time I was going to propose. Thankfully Lena and the team were easy going offered for me to get a temporary ring so I could use that to propose with. I was able to take that back and get credit towards the engagement ring I ordered.

Really disappointed in the helpfulness of the current staff at this store when regarding online orders they are extremely misleading, appear to be really reassuring but leave you will a total of no answers and never call you back when they say they will. All the customer support lines have been reported to not work since the change over of ownership and when trying to get help from this store about an online order that still hasnu2019t been shipped after over a month of it being placed they can still not give to any answers to where to get help or advice, where you order is an thereu2019s no refunds in store anymore either. So please be aware with placing any online orders from this brand.nnItu2019s really upsetting after having such a good experience with purchasing a engagement ring from this store 4 years ago I didnu2019t expect to be left with no ring and a total loss of the purchase price with no help offered from them now.

Poor quality jewellery and poor customer service. The stone fell out of my wedding ring and they have refused to fix it under warranty.nI put the ring in 5 months ago and they clearly lost my ring. Offered me to pay $350 for 'my' ring back. The girl showed me a definitely new ring with the price tag still attached. I have refused so far and so still do not have my wedding ring.
