I recently wandered into Secrets Mt Gravatt looking for something quite specific. I asked Shelley for a 'statement, everyday ring' in a particular colour. Shelley listened to my story, looked at the photos I wanted to colour match and patiently worked with me to find the most perfect ring. The customer service I received from everyone at the store on my multiple trips, due to my own indecisiveness, was second to none. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and felt everyone was on my side to get the perfect piece of jewellery for me. Once I placed the order the communication was brilliant and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. I think both ladies on shift when I picked up my ring saw how much this meant to me and I can't thank you all enough for the experience!

I purchased a ring 4 months ago and paid just under $10k one of the stones has fallen out so I took it back only to be told they were in Administration after further follow up I was told to bring it back and they will see what they can do I am not rough with my ring and really hope they do the right thing as I am very upset with the situation.
