Belinda Haddon 1 ★ 2026-01-02The service is really poor, with staff there who don't seem to want to do any work. We were turned away twice for ear piercing service, the 1st time was due to closing in a hour, and they didnt eant to reclean the equipment. The next day after being told we could return at any time for ear piercing, no booking required as the service would available all day, we returned only to be turned away and told we should have called to book, and come back at 1pm when they have the piercer on-site.nWe went to SkinKandy, where the service was much better, and the earnings are mor affordable overall, with free check ups should there be an issue with the piercing.

My daughter almost fainted and the care we got before, during and afterwards was unlike anything we've ever experienced, they offered my daughter food, they fanned her down with brochures, turned the lights off for a little while & went through the whole process so thoroughly, we will definitely come back again ud83dudc99
