Lily 1 ★ 2025-12-29I went in there to buy jewellery it was completely empty of customers (shouldu2019ve been a sign) I walked up to a lady and she completely ignored me didnu2019t even look my way so I went to another worker same thing completely ignored Iu2019m not sure if itu2019s because Iu2019m black or they are just rude.

Charles Gray 5 ★ 2022-09-26I've attended this store twice in the past week for ring and bracelet sizing, was served by 2 different ladies. Both times they were polite, helpful and friendly and insisted on providing their services for free. Customer service doesn't get much better than that.
