I canu2019t stress enough how amazing the staff at this store were today.nAbsolutely amazing an beautiful people.nMy son had ADHD and autism and due to it being the holidays and being busy he was getting overwhelmed with all of it. One of the staff members (Jason) noticed the situation and managed to get my child engaged in a game the store had for kids to count the elves. He immediately wanted to count them all and find them and it helped him (and me lol) so much during that stressful time.nThe fact that the store had an activity like that for kids always so incredibly amazing and thoughtful for parents who are shopping and the fact they understand that it may be boring for kids is unbelievably brilliant.nJason gave me some amazing advice and he was so good with my son. I canu2019t stress enough how amazing the service from everyone at this store was. Normally people turn a blind eye to children having strong emotions and I understand why but the fact that Jason saw it and knew what to to and the rest of the team working immediately jumped in to help the situation honestly brought tears to my eyes.nnThank you all so much for your kindness and youu2019ll forever have my gratitude u2764ufe0fu2764ufe0f I hope you all have a beautiful holidays as you all deserve it. I went in recently to get my watch adjusted for a comfortable fit by Simone, and was greeted sincerely, genuinely, and the request was done in less than 5-minutes. She also further assisted me with my soon-to-be purchased gift for a dear friend, and was able to guide me in a decision that was safe and would reduce the hassle of returning it if not appropriate. She is a lovely woman and I would definitely recommend based on my experience of visiting this store.
