If i can give a negative star i will rate it as such. I was given the wrong engagement ring so it ruined my plans. I can say they played our emotions from this error. While talking to them, they just say sorry but they are really not. For the refund process, i was confidently told that it will take only a week and I'll get refunded. More than 4weeks now and no refund yet. Doesn't not respond well to questions.
