Carolyn Frame 1 ★ 2025-02-18It's disappointing I can't give a minus, as it would be -5. I recently ordered and paid for (online) a Toddler's bracelet. Apparently it is a Child's bracelet. It was 16cm. That would fit me, and I would be lucky if it didn't fall off. I took it to Prouds at Tamworth, and was told it is a TODDLER'S BRACELET, and I would have to pay to have links removed. After buying an item worth $300+ you don't expect to pay more to get what you ordered. Prouds is a con company. I have spent $1,000 at Prouds, but will never spend another 1 cent there. I don't appreciate being ripped off.
