nicole fraser 1 ★ 2026-02-22Considering I phoned twice before leaving home 2 hours away, to make sure I didn't need an appointment and asked what time they closed, I turned up to be told in a snooty voice, no we dont do piercings an hour before we close! I explained that I had phoned before travelling the 2 hours and I was never told that information.nWell sorry but we don't do piercings an hour before closing.nRude!!

FEBY PETER 1 ★ 2024-12-23Iu2019m not even 100 percent sure whether the staff (el) ( manager to the store as per her communication)the lady who do piercing is eligible for even one star. She is the most rude staff I have ever seen . While I was starting to write a review I have noticed tons of customers had same experience.nShe has an attitude and not at all polite to any customers .nThe one star is for the other staffs who help out with all other customer service over the store .nWill not be doing a piercing with her .nI hope the managers give her a good guide regarding the job and customer service .nHad a phone chat with customer service representative for Lovisa ud83cudf0e They reassured that they will took further measures.:)

Yalarnda Washington 1 ★ 2025-07-10If I could give zero stars, I would. My grandmother accidentally walked behind the counter today, not knowing it wasnu2019t allowed. Instead of politely informing her, the staff member was rude and arrogant in the way they addressed her. There were other people doing the same thing and nothing was said to themu2014only when she did it was it suddenly a problem.nnHonestly, Lovisa should focus less on power-tripping over innocent mistakes and more on the actual issuesu2014like the bummy teenagers who come in and steal from you all the time. Really disappointed with the treatment we received today and wouldnu2019t buy from there anyways cause all their stuff breaks after one wear.
