Rosemarie Cox 1 ★ 2025-03-21I ordered the letter u201cRu201d that was a gift to myself When it was ready for collection I was horrified when the staff member showed me the tiny letter and told me it was the same size as the listed one in orders book. Itu2019s 9 carat it was not what I thought I was purchasing no refund only store credit I was told. Manager was not in the store again. I felt so ripped off. Not even as big as my battery.
