The staff at the Werribee store were fabulous. After having a terrible experience with the pandora online store & having an order cancelled due to technical issues I went into the store to try to get the items I had purchased online originally. Tina in the store was amazing, so helpful & managed to get all the items I wanted. I will never order online again but will happily go back into the Werribee store.

Georgia was incredibly kind and attentive, and she took the time to show me a wide variety of charms and helped me explore all the different options I was interested in. I hadn't been to Pandora in quite a while, so I wasnu2019t entirely sure what to expect, but Georgia truly exceeded my expectations. Thanks to her, I found a beautiful new charm for my bracelet that I absolutely love. Iu2019ll definitely be returning, and I would highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a great experience and exceptional service.

A humble feedback from my side,nThis was my first experience with Pandora, normally my partner does.nWaiting 20-30 minutes on queue for a click and collect is absurd. People are doing click and collect to save the shopping time. You need to work on your customer attending or management. Thanks
