what a horrible experience we bought a necklace under the impression that it was 9k gold and nobody told us otherwise we thought it was a steal since it was on clearance for only 4k later we find out that it was only gold bonded so we go back for a refund but they told us itu2019s not within the 14 day policy so we just exchange it for a actual 9k necklace with a new receipt and it not being unworn and everything within their 14 day policy we did not like that one either so then we go in for a refund for this one and now they say so we canu2019t do it because apparently the original receipt date still stands, then walked away without anything further just left me standing there. over all i would give them no stars if possible itu2019s such a waste of time trying to communicate with them

I bought a crucifix chain for my husband in December. It broke after only one month. I took it to the store and they fixed it. Three weeks later it broke again. I asked to exchange it for another chain, and the very rude elderly woman said no, that she couldn't refund my money, and that she would fix the chain. Today I went to pick up my husband's chain and they said I would have to pay R$450.00 for them to fix it. I felt robbed and very poorly treated. Where is the warranty on the item? I will never buy from this store again.
