      Yesterday while my wife was shopping at your Bendigo Marketplace store. The customer service she received was less than satisfactory.The young staff member who assisted her was quite rude and did not display the level of courtesy or professionalism expected in retail. My wife felt that the staff member lacked basic customer service skills, such as being polite and friendly, which made the experience unpleasant.nAs a loyal customer, she believes that good customer service is key to a positive shopping experience. She would suggest providing additional training or guidance to your team to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

      Visited this store yesterday and purchased some earrings on a 3 for $15 deal, and a pair from what I assumed was $3 rack. However after paying I realised I was charged $32 instead of what should have been $18. When I returned back to the store less than a minute later and told them I believed I had been overcharged, I was informed that the u2018$3u2019 earrings I had picked up had actually been $18 because there was no coloured sticker on the back. The lady working up the front had told me it had been busy that day and someone must have put them back in the wrong spot, which I totally understand, but there was no sign anywhere indicating that it was only stickered products that where $3. When she relayed this to her coworker she made it sound like it was my fault for not knowing this. When I asked for a refund I was told that they u2018canu2019t return earrings for health and safety reasonsu2019 even though I had only just bought them and wouldnu2019t even have had enough time to put them in my ears. They literally confirmed to me that they knew I had only just purchased them and still wouldnu2019t do anything. They also refused to honour the price from the rack they were on even though it was not my fault they were in the wrong spot or made aware it was only marked items on sale. On top of this my digital receipt was not sent until over 30 minutes later. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
