However, management really needs to roster more than one staff member at a time.nI visit quite regularly, and almost every visit involves waiting 5u201310 minutes without being served. This isnu2019t due to poor service at all - itu2019s because the staff are busy providing great, attentive service to other customers, which then leaves others waiting, and vice versa.nThe team is doing their best, but the store would benefit hugely from better staffing levels to match customer demand.
